Retro Fresh Peechy Keen Notecard Sleeve

My favorite part of Washi Tape is that you can tear it and it still looks great! In fact, the imperfect edge is how it's supposed to look! I used the Retro Fresh Washi Tape from the Occasions Catalog on this clean and simple notecard and sleeve.
The pocket for the notecard is a Crumb Cake Notecard size envelope. I sealed the envelope, cut the side off, and then punched it with the Scallop Edge Border Punch. Here's the notecard on the inside. I used the Another Thank You Photopolymer stamp set for the inside greeting.
